We drive all year round. All our tuk-tuks have a transparent rain cover that completely encloses the passenger cabin. During the winter months, our vehicles are also equipped with lambskin and blankets.
Yes.
Our guests are our most valuable asset and safety is our top priority. We drive comfortably, cautiously and carefully. The auto-rickshaws are conspicuous and hard to miss.
If something should nevertheless happen, the vehicle is adequately insured. All our tricycles have passenger insurance.
No.
Our food-on-wheels offer and the tours only take place in the city of Zurich.
But we offer our event and transfer service throughout Switzerland.
Depending on the location, we drive directly to you with the tuk tuk or load the vehicle onto the trailer.

We only operate on advance booking.
Our tours generally start at Europaallee 8, 8004 Zurich.
Pick-ups at another location? No problem. In this case we charge a flat rate of CHF 19.00 or shorten the tour.
A maximum of 4 passengers are allowed per eTuk.
Families with children with a maximum of 5 passengers.
Dogs are welcome.
If we are unable to complete the tour in time due to photo, shopping or other stops, an extension is possible (if the driver has no other tours afterwards). This is at an extra charge of CHF 19.00 / 15 minutes.

Up to 2 vehicles:
- If the client cancels after 24 hours before the start of the tour or does not show up at the agreed time, there is no entitlement to a refund of the booking price.
- Cancellations up to 24 hours in advance will be refunded 100%
From 3 vehicles
- If the client cancels after 72 hours before the start of the tour or does not show up at the agreed time, there is no entitlement to a refund of the booking price.
- Cancellations up to 72 hours before the start of the tour will be refunded 100%.
If the tour is canceled due to technical problems or force majeure, the provider will organize a replacement solution or refund the booking price in full.
Our eTukTuk’s are in operation all year round from Monday to Sunday. Our operating hours are as follows:
- Monday to Saturday from 10:00 – 20:0o
- Limited capacity on Sundays and public holidays
Our office is available by telephone from 9:00-17:00.
You can also hire an eTuk-Tuk without a driver. Contact us and we will be happy to make you a specific offer.
It should be noted that an eTuk-Tuk can be driven with a Cat. B driving license, but you will need instruction and some practice.
