All our tuk-tuks have a transparent rain cover that completely encloses the passenger cabin. During the winter months, our vehicles are also equipped with lambskin and blankets.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Is the eTuk safe?” tab_id=”1718265877162-46585c27-58be”][vc_column_text]Yes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our guests are our most valuable asset<\/strong> and safety is our top priority. We drive comfortably, cautiously and carefully. The auto-rickshaws are conspicuous and hard to miss.<\/p>\n

If something should nevertheless happen, the vehicle is adequately insured. All our tricycles have passenger insurance.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Do eTuks only run in Zurich?” tab_id=”1718265970956-d4a3bd43-1132″][vc_column_text]No.<\/p>\n

Our food-on-wheels offer and the tours only take place in the city of Zurich.
\nBut we offer our event and transfer service throughout Switzerland.<\/p>\n

Depending on the location, we drive directly to you with the tuk tuk or load the vehicle onto the trailer.

We only operate on advance booking.<\/p>\n

Our tours generally start at Europaallee 8, 8004 Zurich.<\/a><\/p>\n

Pick-ups at another location? No problem. In this case we charge a flat rate of CHF 19.00 or shorten the tour.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Families with children with a maximum of 5 passengers.<\/p>\n

If we are unable to complete the tour in time due to photo, shopping or other stops, an extension is possible (if the driver has no other tours afterwards). This is at an extra charge of CHF 19.00 \/ 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
